IBM Associate System Engineer interview questions

It was a pool campus drive at Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. First day, we appeared in online aptitude test(18 ques from series & 18 ques from aptitude ) and business communication skill test(20 ques in 22 minutes with no timer on computer screen).The level of test was not tough but each question has 2 min 15 sec to solve so you need to be calm and believe on yourself. There was huge elimination in this round but once you cleared this round you have done 90% to become an IBMer.I was very happy to clear this round. After online test, document verification done on the same day and we called for the interview after one day. All reached there on time and there was 12 separate interview panel. Persons from IBM team allotted the panel no. to each student and process was very transparent.I appeared for interview after waiting approx one hour and my interview(Tech+HR) was approx 25 minutes long. After interview, I asked for biometric and they told us final result will be mailed to you.Students who did not clear the interview told on the same day and no biometric process for them.Finally, i received my mail after three days and it was a memorable day for me.Thank you IBM!.
