IBM Associate System Engineer interview questions

The interview process was average. The first round was written round. Those who qualified appeared for interviews. HR asked me some technical questions from the resume and also asked to introduce myself, challenges faced in my life and project related questions. The HR was very friendly. The process was one day long as it was pool campus selection.

5 rounds -written, email writing, GD, Technical, HR. Took 2 days to select in campus placement. 1 week to confirm employment And gave an letter of interest of validity 6 months. But... Got the call letter after 8 months, after so many follow ups from my college placement dept. I had lost several other opportunities in campus placement, because of this. The sad part is that they didn't give the CTC that was told to us while we were being selected. I strongly recommend to get the offer letter as soon as possible. The joinign letter can be delayed. But, they give what ever is mentioned in offer letter, (I'm insisting this, because the figures in offer letter differ from those negotiated while interview.)
