IBM Associate Software Engineer interview questions

first tech interview and its fine for me and the next round was HR after that i have not received any replay since i have not cleared in HR round

2 Online Rounds - English Assessment (Quickfire) and Coding Assessment (1 Simple HackerRank Question, Language of your choice) Once Qualified, You will be called for Offline Rounds for their choice of venue. All rounds are elimination rounds. First Round - Again simple HackerRank Questions. Qualified participants will move on to second Round Second Round - Group Discussion - Topic will be given by the interviewer, you will be asked to give thoughts and opinions on the topic. Third Round - If not eliminated in GD, you will proceed on to the interview. For the Interview, keep calm, make sure that you didn't lie on resume about any technical skills because questions asked by interviewer will be to test your knowledge on the skills mentioned on your resume. Therefore, it will not be a good look for you if you can't answer the interviewer. Length of interview is around 10 - 15 minutes. IBM's recruitment process seems to be in shambles because I had given this interview in Mar 2024, Cleared the interview and received a LOI two weeks after. Still waiting on the Onboarding call/Offer Letter. I would highly suggest not making IBM your priority like I did. Keep your options open.
