IBM Associate Consultant interview questions

I found this position via Handshake after a recruiter messaged me. First round consisted of a phone screening with a talent acquisition specialist, brief 15min phone call. Second round interview consisted of more behavioral questions, and then a mock case study. You're given an industry, and tasked with determining whether certain individual in that industry contribute towards competitors, suppliers, or supply chain members. Then, you're tasked with selecting an individual that best fits the needs of the given case for the client, and drafting an email to one of the interviewers detailing why that individual is the best fit. After that, you'll engage in a mock call with the client, explaining the benefits of consulting for Third Bridge and shutting down any potential negation. You'll receive feedback on your performance, and it's critical that you incorporate that feedback in later aspects of the interview.

Consultant case study. Case study is not obvious but encompasses the interview itself. The problem is the lack of applicants that fit the company and the solution is YOU! Great depth of knowledge about the company and funcion is required. do not focus on you CV, rather, focus on what you can bring to the table.
