IBM Associate Consultant interview questions

Group discussion followed by one on one interview. Case study discussion. Various business scenarios were presented and I was asked to provide my solution/ opinion on the same. There were 2 member on the panel.

We submitted a poster initially, the best poster skilled the Group discussion round . Initial screening was done based on resume. The shortlisted resumes were called for Group discussion. This was followed by an Interview, non technical just discussion. And got the offer then and there itself
