Everyone is friendly and they try to get to know you. They make the interview process comfortable and they really aren't there to try to get you. As long as you do your research, are a good person to work with, and prepare well for the final case you should be fine. The first interview consisted of a video assessment review which is followed by an initial screening where they ask you about your interests and skills. Nothing too difficult. The next 2 interviews are the longer 45 min. interviews. The first one is a behavioral interview where they ask questions about how you work and how you would manage hypothetical information. The second interview is a simple case where they try to get your thoughts on a specific project. Once again, as long as you prepare well and practice a bit you should do fine. One thing to keep in mind is that the interview process took about a month and a half. There was usually about a week and a week and a half space between interviews.
