IBM Applications Developer interview questions

I was invited from LinkedIn due to my experience in TIBCO Integration, I had a technical interview with two people (team leader and a senior developer), then a managerial interview and finally an interview with people manager. The whole process was professional and screening is done very well, but it has to be more fast.

It was a campus interview. Included 4 rounds First : Aptitude test Second : Group Discussion Third : Writing process fourth : Technical come HR interview which lasted for almost an hours. Asked to solve few puzzles. Asked about my interest and expertise. Questioned few of the problem solving questions in programming and Later on discussed about the offer
