IBI Group interview questions

Started with general common interview questions then proceeded to more in-depth, position specific questions. The interview was professional and the interviewer was personable and easy going. I personally felt that it was more like a friendly conversation to get to know each other better instead of a formal interview with set questions.

Interview agenda was nicely set. I was interviewed by 3 individuals- 1 manager and 2 developers. The interviewers were warm, welcoming and cordial and overall it was a good experience. However, some of the questions were really quirky and completely took me by surprise. It is certainly a good interview experience but overall, I'd still rate it Neutral.
