I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IBA (Praga) in May 2015
Interview
You have to write a test. It is very general and basic, but you should have a very broad knowledge about basic physics, maths and electronics. I dont think that is hard if you studied an engineering school or physics. However, the questions cover a wide scope, so you should review some basic physics and maths related to this field.

Question 1
What is a secure current for the human body? Describe something from a Gauss-distribution.. Calculate the resistivity of a resistor in an electric circuit.. What is a ciclotron? Watt vs. Joule. Bernoulii's equation
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at IBA
Interview
The interview process has been straightforward, albeit long. It took about a month between my application and the first phone call. I than had a first interview with HR, followed by a technical test (Java, C++). A final interview has then been scheduled with the head of the team I applied for, which was more a presentation than a test.

Question 1
Is there a dynamic binding in a call to a static function?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IBA (Louvain-la-Neuve, Walloon Brabant) in Sep 2014
Interview
Via Skype with Belgian HR. Seemed more personal-oriented (and probing) than professional-oriented.
"What would you consider your greatest flaw?" was asked three times. After my first two answers, I was stupefied. She followed with "You know why I'm asking? Because you've only been with the company 1 year and 7 months. Our policy is not to move internal employees before 2 years."
I was discouraged from having any motivation or ambition and told that if hired, I would need to stay in my current role for at least another year.

What would you consider your greatest flaw? This was asked three times, as my first two answers were not what she wanted to hear.
