Hutchinson interview questions

Done in 3 step interview. First one with the HR, to understand the role as well as the English level. Second is with the manager of the role. In this one more details, some required qualifications will be questioned based on your knowledge. And the third one with the director of the Quality team as well as HR team director. This meeting is related to your approaches to the cases also your perspective. Between the interviews you will be updated via emails. If you have further questions, returns will be done.

Hour long video interview with HR and the hiring manager. Went in depth on structures/materials experience and history of managing a team. Volunteered that they were understaffed and were likely to ask for weekends/overtime. Ghosted completely after the interview
