Recruiter + 8 Rounds Obscene amount of interviews lined up The recruiter who was sent to screen for the interview had no background knowledge of marketing, it was almost astounding. Not an ideal interview when the whole hour is taking up by walking the screener through every line of your resume - when they don't know basic terminology for the role. Screener also told me the whole process is around 8 stages including a take-home assignment. Absolutely ridiculous in the current job market - to be treating job seekers this way is not only cruel but a huge waste of their time. Please invest in better recruitment members who have minimal knowledge for the role they are interviewing for.

Great communication at the beginning but when prompted to be on the lookout for an offer letter I was put on hold for almost 4 weeks. Every week the TAS emails me and tells me they're still working on it but it just makes me feel like they're incredibly unorganized.
