Initially positive and professional. Got through three rounds, then nothing for weeks. Get a generic no thanks email. Wish I’d looked up the company on Glassdoor as this typical of their culture and the blame/political landscape is probably a bullet I’ve dodged. Nevertheless, for a senior role, this is really poor and unprofessional.
