I sort of hate this kind of question because it can be tricky - are they looking for ideas? Is it a trick question and they want to see how I’d formulate ideas rather than the idea itself? I thought it was the latter so I said I’d like to do some digging in the data, understand the customer more, maybe do a few user interviews, etc. Apparently I was supposed to answer with real ideas.
