It’s worth doing more then a 5 min surface level research of the company background and current product suite. They’re very proud (all most to the point of arrogance) of the 150+ year company history. They take a keen interest in candidate that are excited about the insurance and baseline financial market space (and how it has certainly evolved and changed over the decades). Though a soft reminder they are behind Northwestern in terms of market share; and basically in a stalemate race against MetLife, Mass Mutual and Prudential for any future growth.
