Interview
There was one phone screening, and then afterwards I was completely ghosted and received no feedback as to whether they wanted to continue the interview process or not. This felt extremely unprofessional as someone who is actively searching for a position, to keep someone waiting for any feedback for as long as 2 months after a phone screening.
Chill interview with some technical questions. Mostly will ask you to explain your role in past projects. Be sure to bring lots of examples of things you come across that made you a better engineer.

Set outline of questions they were required to ask and a specific place to put notes. Really focused on the STAR method and asked if I was familiar with it before we started.
