Initially they contacted me through the university portal, i sent my resume and and did a pre-interview via video where I had time to read questions and answer them and finally an interview on site

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Honda (Canada, KS) in Dec 2018
Interview
They call for an initial HR based interview.
Then in the 2nd round a technical interview was conducted.
The 3rd round included a group activity.
The final interview was conducted by the Head of the company.
