The hiring process was a two step - first was a phone call with the hiring manager and then I was flown out for an in person interview with 4 of the managers at one time.

All the questions asked were situational. For example, have you ever found yourself in a situation where you had to work with someone you didn't like and how did you overcome that.
Two rounds of interviews.
The first is resume.Skills of Japanese and Coding.
The second is about salary.behavor communication things. The interview is easy Japanese style. No problem with career path.
