I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Honda (Toledo, OH) in Mar 2024
Interview

Overall it was a pretty chill interview, I was asked a few questions about my experiences, and what made me a good fit for the company. I thought I held a pretty good conversation with them talking about an assortment of things from CVT’s on cars, and how even though it was so smooth, it felt weird not feeling the car shift at all, to hiking through the Smokey mountains so it’s not strictly just question then answer, you can and should definitely express your personality in it to.
I also had a background in tool and die, and that resonated with one of the interviewers, and I think that shared background helped me get an offer.
In the end I was given an offer for a co op position in both departs on the first round of interviews.
