Starting with online application, about a week or 2 later received a phone call interview, than an email scheduling an in person interview with manager, 2nd interview with store manager.

3 step process: Phone interview, interview with department manager, store manager interview (job offered in the 3rd) They will contact both of your references. They ask a very uniform set of questions from an interview package. I found it to be pretty relaxed, it is really important to them to hire someone fit for the team, but they are all incredibly friendly so the interview wasn't stressful.
