they often have job fairs, you have to first apply on their site and take a quick on-line questionnaire, then you get called for an interview, and if it goes well, you get a follow up phone interview from HR, once you get through that they call you in for an official offer of employment.

Starting with online application, about a week or 2 later received a phone call interview, than an email scheduling an in person interview with manager, 2nd interview with store manager.

3 step process:
Phone interview, interview with department manager, store manager interview (job offered in the 3rd)
They will contact both of your references.
They ask a very uniform set of questions from an interview package.
I found it to be pretty relaxed, it is really important to them to hire someone fit for the team, but they are all incredibly friendly so the interview wasn't stressful.
