Home Depot Canada interview questions

There was a brief phone interview and then I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I was interviewed for an hour by one person. She then left me for a bit in a room and another associate came in. She reviewed the questions and asked more. Then she told me to come back the following week for an interview with the assistant manager. I returned and was asked three questions and then was told someone would be in touch. A week later I got a generic email telling me that they decided to go with someone else but the letter was for a different position I never applied for. It was a long process for nothing. Very disappointed.
