Went for a job fair and got a mini interview that asked general questions to which I then got offerred a full interview on the spot. The full interview had two managers who asked me more detailed questions about my past work experience and any relevant experience I had.

Everything done on the phone after I completed the application and some assessment test. They contacted me via email to set up an interview time for both calls Final interview was done with Store Manager. Lasted just about 10 minutes.
