Interview
At a job fair, there were several staffs interviewing candidates for each stage of the process. My experience of the interview process was as follows:
1: receiving resumes and identifying which department I'm interested in.
2: having a personal interview with interviewer who is knowledgable for such department.
3: speaking with someone a bit more privately, but I don't remember what the questions were about.
4: speaking with general manager, briefly discussing with my plans, and getting an offer.
I had several days to think about it and get back to them.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Home Depot Canada
Interview
Very friendly and asked to use a lot of technology such as 3d animation, printing and cad software. Also asked about why i want to be architect with them. It was very friendly and upfront
