The interview was held with the Merchant Assictant and a menber of the HR team. I was asked about myself, my previous role, my thoughts on THD, why I chose THD and how I would resolve conflicts.

I applied online , and received an email inviting me to interview . Interview was done virtually with an assistant store manger over a phone call. It was a one step interview process. After the call I was basically told they would like to move forward with me and I would be contacted with the employee contract.
