I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Home Depot Canada (Winnipeg, MB) in Dec 2014
Interview
45 minute interview. Went very well and flowed in natural conversation. Great interviewer was the DS. Interview went very well.
- An ASM later vetoed the hire - Stated that "I had yet to prove myself..". "Need to show I had "orange" running through my veins." This ASM was possibly biased because he/she knew I had been attending University and may have had other previous career aspirations.

Interview
Supervisor was very chatty and nice. Asked a few typical questions (why do you want to work here, etc.)
Talked about growth within the company, once a week pizza for team, but unfortunately no employee discounts, or assistance with steel toe work shoes.
