I applied in person. I went in for an on-the-spot interview on a hiring day with an HR manager. I got called back for an interview with the store manager a week later. I got called back for a third interview with a department manager.

The interviewer seemed to rely heavily on a script, checking off questions with little engagement. There were also some communication difficulties in English, which made the interview process harder to follow.
