Holland America Line interview questions

I applied through the website of Holland America. A friend from studies worked at HAL already and after speaking to her about the job I decided to try and apply as International Concierge. WIthin a week i received an email with confirmation and a date that we would have an interview over the phone. That week I got the call, mainly speaking about the job and what I could expect.
