I dropped off my application and got called within a few days. We went upstairs to a conference room where she asked very standard interview questions. It was both formal and informal. I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Louisville, KY) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was easy. There were fairly standard questions and it all lasted about twenty minutes. They asked questions about what type of environment I could handle.
