Holiday Inn interview questions

I interviewed with the manager of the hospitality company. A few hours later, I interviewed with the General Manager. She offered me the job at the end of the interview. I started the next day.

I have been having issues with the Holiday Inn Shakopee, MN location. This hotel posted a job opening for a Front Desk opening, but the post says to please only call in or visit the hotel for more information. The problem is that every time I call the hotel, it takes forever for someone to answer. In addition, whenever I am transferred to the manager, they are never there to answer and so I have to leave a voicemail. To bring this problem even further, I never have received a call back from them over a few days period. In addition, I have attempted to visit the hotel location to express my interest in the opening, but I was told no management was there. Overall, there really needs to be some better organization for potential candidates to apply for openings within the Shakopee Holiday Inn. A candidate should not be told to call in and/or visit the location only to not have any luck of contacting anyone higher up.
