The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Killeen, TX)
Interview
I was interviewed by 3 people; the front desk manager, general manager and area manager. The front desk manager ask more situational questions (what would you do..., how would you handle...). It took a little over 2 hours to answer all the questions and get the paperwork done. The front desk manager said I interviewed wonderfully and I was offered the job on the spot.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Hollywood, FL) in Sep 2016
Interview
They unfortunately already filled the position by the time I had the interview. The interview was more introductory than anything. The co-owner I was interviewed was a friendly man. He went into a lot of detail about how he likes to promote from within and grow his talents. I was asked to consider working in food & beverages; I declined.
