Holcim Reliability Engineer interview questions

One over the phone interview, followed by 2 on site interview’s one of which no one was prepared for and no one expected me as the hiring manager didn’t share that with the plant. Plus another video interview the total process took about 5 months. Seems to be inline with others that I have read.

Mostly behavioral questions and plant visit You get the job if hiring manager likes you. Not much about your skills. As there is no work life balance in this company, they are interested on people capable working 65 hours weekly.
