I met with the hiring manager for a 1-hour interview, then another 1-hour interview with a panel of three Hilton employees that work in various positions tangentially related to the role in question. They asked questions about work I had done similar to the role, as well as my experience with Agile methodologies. Unfortunately they also forgot crucial details about my experience, and apparently relayed to the recruitment team that I had zero experience in a specific field that I have nearly a decade of experience in. Additionally, the panelists seemed dull and bored throughout the process, offering little to no personality or energy during the interview, so while the interview was very easy, it was also incredibly boring and haphazardly managed.
