I applied online. I interviewed at Hilton (Phila, PA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Lengthy, but enjoyable. I interviewed with the man who would be my direct superior, the outlet manager and then that man's superior, the director of food and beverage. My job would have been to run the dining room in the peak hours of business, night times and weekends. i was to be in charge of the staff and staffing and would be responsible for some product marketing and new business generation.

Question 1
How would I best handle the fact that the labor at the hotel was unionized, and that this might make for a more complicated workplace environment?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hilton (Marco Island, FL) in Dec 2012
Interview
Was already working for the company in another state. Interviewed by phone with the GM and the F&B Manager. Interview was casual and average in length. Questions where what you would normally expect. It was probably a bit shorter than normal considering I was already working for the company at another property.
I got the job on the spot. I met the GM and the F&B Dir, they offered me the postition. I knew the Dir, so that made it easy. I wanted a change in my carer so this came about.
