After they received me in the office, they welcomed me and asked me questions about previous working areas and it experience then they gave me uniforms to perform whatever I know concerning a housekeeper. This experience started with the rooms section, to public area and then to finish up with administration.

the interview was set in the hotel's lobby. The interviewer put me at my ease, the conversation went smoothly, it was held partly in Italian and partly in English to test my speaking proficiency.
