Very easy if you are skill person then you can get interview very simple and enjoyable I wish the recruitment team give me the opportunity tu prove my skills and abilities to gain experience in several fields
I had a good interview with GM, interview went very well but salary and manning were too low. hotel was franchised so its normal to have to deal with manual sheets and not best systems

Interview
First interview is a phone interview, then an in person interview. They contact you for an in person interview about a week after the phone interview. The phone interview is short and sweet and pleasant. They asked me about my previous work experience and why I want to work with the company.
