I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hilton in May 2021
Interview
I attended the Hilton job fair, where they were hiring for various positions. First, I interviewed with the HR representative for about 10 minutes and she asked very general questions (describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer/guest). Then I interviewed with the rooms director and we talked about the Hilton brand. Lastly I met with the front desk supervisor and discussed my path and why I wanted to work at the front desk. They were all pretty easy interviews with basic questions.
