Hilton Bellman interview questions

Initial interview was conducted via smartphone app. The recruiter asked questions using prerecorded videos. You then record a video response. You must get it right the first time because there's no opportunity to redo a question once you record your response. If you pass the initial phase, they then invite you to the property for an in-person interview.

3 interviews! One phone and two in person. Phone call was with Headquarters HR. In person was with the hotel HR and Dept. Manager. Next was with the Asst. GM. All the interviews were pretty basic and management seemed laid back and understanding.
