Hilti Group Management Trainee interview questions

There were 4 rounds interviews before the assessment center, which is the final round. And the location depends on your expected working region. The assessment center was really difficult including 1 case interview, 1 role play, 1 group interview and 1 individual one.

First round interview is an one-on-on HR interview. She asked about the experience on my resume in great details and came up with following questions. So you need to be very familiar with you storyline, and combine you story with the personality and ability they are looking for. In the last few minutes, I was asked what was my feeling towards Hilti and how I felt about their company and employees. To be honest, I think I am not a good fit for this construction company and I knew very little about their culture. I think this is why I failed the interview
