Interview quite exigent but no tricky/ weird questions. A lot of questions regarding your working approach, and how you are dealing with a problem . An international background is also much appreciated by the Hilti team.

The interview process was straightforward. I submitted my application online, and I was contacted for a short phone interview. After that, I attended a face-to-face interview where they asked basic questions about my experience, availability, and how I handle work situations.
It went well, asked a lot about the previous background. Where very clear and open about the position tasks, and expectations. The location of the office is a little difficult to access without a car

Interview
Asking your experience, position, desire, and strength. Explaining their position and system and their strengths. They also told me that you need to know the language that is spoken in your workplace since it’s mandatory for their job, consulting their partners.
