Note: Really good organized Interview process, but no feedback at the end. In my case after a 3 Months interview marathon I only received an automatic email "just an standard image, not even written by someone" telling me I did not qualify. Hilti tools are of exceptionally good quality and I would still recommend them to anyone, but the Interview process in my case was not good.Sadly it changed my image of this high performance company.

Great experience overall
The HR personell was very helpful and flexible throughout the process, the assessment center on site was well conducted and interesting and highly demanding.
The asessors were high-ranked executives who never gave you a feeling of pressure but rather wanted to get to know you personally along with the tasks that had to be fulfilled.
If you made the position or not had been communicated right after the end of the assessment center and included an extensive feedback

A recruiter from the company reached out to me through email and invite me to apply online. First, I had to record an interview with several different questions (average interviews) after a couple of months they wanted to do another one via skype. I had a second interview with 3 recruiters.
