La giornata di assessment ha previsto una breve introduzione di noi, da fare in inglese (5 minuti), seguita da un esercizio individuale + due business case da risolvere in gruppo (discussione di gruppo 20 minuti e presentazione 5 minuti)

Question 1
Perché Hilti? Come ti vedi tra 5 anni? Quali difficoltà pensi potrai incontrare in questa posizione lavorativa?
First a recorded interview where you answer questions, then a video call with TA talking about alignment, previous experiences.. then case study, where you receive a case (around 30 pages) and have 75 min to prepare a presentation.

Interview
Several rounds of interviews: HR, Case Study, Business, if you make it to the end you will get invited to participate an Assessment Center in person. I didn't make it to the AC. The process is lengthy but HR is supportive and responsive to provide prompt feedback.
