Pros: The interview process was efficient, spanning screening to panel interviews quickly. I genuinely loved the team I met; they were the main reason I was so committed to this role. Cons: The post-offer experience was a disaster. After receiving a verbal offer, I was told the role was "paused due to organizational changes." I asked for further updates and was completely ghosted. The damage was real: Because I had a verbal offer and loved the team, I declined parallel interviews with other companies. I was also ready to resign from my current job. The lack of communication didn't just waste my time; it caused me to burn bridges with other potential employers and almost left me unemployed.

First round of HR. Asked preliminary questions like willing to work hybrid, willing to commute and then asked about sponsorship. I mean we spend hours and hours learning about the company, does so much research, perfect our answers and they end up saying that we do not sponsor & cant move forward. These questions are answered while applying and HR can mail us with these questions than conducting an interview and keeping interviewers hope high during such market conditions.
