I started by sending an online resume to Henkel and, after analysis, contacted me about a video online interview. The interview focused on basic data and information about me, my previous experience, information about Henkel company and also working with Excel.

Al colloquio conoscitivo non mi hanno ascoltato e sono stati superficiali, non si sono interessati a me, al mio background, alle domande che avevo da fare, per essere stato un colloquio conoscitivo informale, è stato molto superficiale.
Colloquio ottenuto con i career day, dell’Università, molto veloce ed essenziale. Domande molto generiche, perche questa azienda, dimmi pregi e difetti, durato 20 minuti. Dopo di questo si ha il colloquio con HR, poi con il manager

Quite a few steps, phone interview, behaviour test, online interview, 2hrs assignment, final interview.it was quite demanding for the salary which the company offered. Overall I would say the interview process took about half a month.
