I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Henkel
Interview
Discussed items and experience on my resume. Additionally asked behavioral questions to determine if I was a good fit for the group. Overall straight forward interview. Getting the interview is the hardest part. In my opinion, the interview is to determine if you are a good fit, if you get an interview, then they already believe you are qualified for the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Henkel (Viena) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was very brief. I had one telephone interview with the purchasing manager. The call took around 40 minutes and mainly covered standard questions. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The conversation was held in German. I received an answer around 4 days after I had the call. All in all very positive experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Henkel (Bruselas) in Jun 2013
Interview
I only had a telephone interview. It was not very professional. They called me three to four months after I applied. I could feel that the interviewer was reading the questions. It was very standardised. It did not make me want to work for Henkel at all! They did not even provided me with feedback afterwards.
