Hays Recruiter interview questions

I applied online and then got a phone screen interview where they asked couple of questions about the interest on the role. About a week later I got a message that they wanted to meet with me and I went to an interview. They let you stay and shadow a coworker and ask them questions. Still waiting for the next steps

After I applied, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Post-phone interview, I was invited to interview at their offices. First I had a one-on-one interview with the recruiter which entailed personal questions and roleplay. Following that there was and assessment centre and two more interviews.
