Hays Recruiter interview questions

Phone call followed by interview in branch. They asked the general competency questions. Though it was strange when asked if I go out for social outings to drink. When I gave my answer they seemed disappointed. As though I would not fit it because I dont suit their ethos of post work alcoholism, a rather discriminatory response from them. A second individual came in as the interviewer left, tjeu stated this was their manager. They seemed disinterested to be there, asked me 2 questions and left. It was a very odd experience.

Selbstepresentation, Fragen über Hays, über die Stelle, Motivation, Stärke und Schwäche, Gehalt, Arbeitszeit und weitere klassiche Fragen. Es war ganz angenehem. Dauert cca. 20 Minuten. Die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr nett.
