Hays interview questions

Various phone calls, face to face meeting with the leadership team. Met in the London office with multiple people. The process was fast, albeit fairly basic and straightforward. Interviewers were experienced and knowledgeable and did a good job of talking through the business, the longer term plans, the opportunity itself and were honest with some of the problems and the opportunities that solving those problems presents.

Fairly straightforward with usual questions about the role, previous experience and domain knowledge. This role had multiple stages with a task where I had to answer questions based on my presentation and then a scenario based questions. They responded within a decent timeframe.
