Interview
Very professional. You have different stages to get through before you get the offer. 1 on 1's with hiring managers. Assessment centres with other candidates for the job. There are a lot of live roles plays in it which are good as they help you get a feel for what you are getting yourself into.
Easy going, to the point and structured
I went to their office, and was received very well.
The atmosphere is relaxed but professional.
You get a lot of advice on what you should look for, but they make an effort to find you a job in your field of interest if you clearly state that.
