The recruiter joins you like a parent to all the process of the interview. I believe at some point, the bank client asked the recruiter to not join. At the end of the interview, she asked all the questions that was asked during the interview including my answers. Possibly to use to coach other candidates as she did the same thing to me.

Todo fue muy bien hasta que me hicieron ghosting. Me dijeron que todo iba bien y que seguramente me contrataban, que me avisarían. Han pasado 4 meses y no se nada aún.
