Great process, very thorough and in detail. Generally conduct panel interviews or assessment centers for roles but not at admin level. Also knew someone internally which made it a lot easier. They are friendly, make you feel very comfortable at all times and follow an interview layout process so it flows well.
Informal as was a temp role working as admin assistant for a charity. Standard interview for this reason as really wanted to know if I would stay the term as it was a FTC role.
It was comfortable and friendly. you can speak freely and express yourself. They require to explain the job positions in details so to be clear what they can offer to you
