Randomly call for the interview without setting up schedule. I was not prepared for the interview since the other interviewer always set up a proper schedule to call. They should fix that.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hays (Shanghái, Shanghai) in Feb 2021
Interview
1. Be sure to be familiar with the candidate's resume before you call.
Some questions that need to be asked during the interview, such as asking the other party to introduce themselves, can be dispensed with. Familiar with the resume after looking for any problems, if more questions can be recorded, ready to understand in the phone.
2. Dial the phone, first confirm the name of the other party, confirm whether the other party's time is convenient, and then do self (personal + company) introduction.
If you are sending a resume to apply for the position, you just need a brief introduction: I am XX from the human resources department of company X. I have received your resume for the position of XX in our company. Now I want to communicate with you on the phone. It will take about ten minutes. Is it convenient for you? If it's a resume you've searched or recommended by a headhunting company, you need to give a general introduction to the company: I'm XX from the human resources department of XX company. I saw your resume in XX. Our company is now looking for XX position. Do you have any intention? If time is convenient, I would like to briefly introduce my company's situation. My company ranks XX in XX industry. At present, the company has XX employees and XX headquarters. Now the recruitment position is XX, which belongs to XX Department and is mainly responsible for XX. I will send the company situation and job description to your email, now is it convenient for me to know your situation?
